Whistleblowing

Preamble:

In compliance with Law no. 361/2022 on the protection of whistleblowers in the public interest, any person may report violations of the law or of integrity rules that could affect ROMGAZ activity. Reports can be submitted by name or anonymously and are analysed by observing confidentiality and protection measures provided by law. Ethics Advisors are appointed within ROMGAZ, who provide guidance and support in the application of rules of professional conduct, of principles of integrity and ethical standards. They also have responsibilities regarding the receipt, registration and management of reports, in accordance with the law.

Whistleblower Form

This channel is dedicated to sending complaints on possible violations of applicable laws and regulations. Our employees, partners and their employees as well as third parties can access this form to report possible cases of corruption, fraud, embezzlement, fiscal evasion or other violations of the Code of Conduct.
All reports are analysed in compliance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality and legality, ensuring protection of individuals reporting in good faith against any type of retaliation.
The form dedicated to the whistleblower in the public interest is not for complaints and requests concerning the performance of electricity, natural gas supply services and/or technical services.
