Petitions and Complaints

In compliance with Government Ordinance No. 27/2002 on regulating the activity related to solving petitions, any person has the right to submit petitions to the institution to request information, to report problems or make proposals regarding its activity. Petitions will include the identification data of the petitioner and will be registered and solved within the terms and conditions provided by law. Anonymous petitions or those that do not contain identification data are not taken into consideration.
